Q: How can I return or exchange a damaged product ?

A: You can contact us vai the “Contact Us” page, send us a message via WhatsApp, or email us. Our team will respond and assist you as quickly as possible.

Please note: The returned or exchanged product must be in its original condition and unused.


Q: Is the return or exchange process free ?

  • If the issue is due to an error from Al-Tarbal, the return or exchange is completely free.

  • If there is no error and the request is due to the customer’s preference, the customer is responsible for return and shipping costs.

Return Fees:

  • Products under 15 kg: SAR 60

  • Heavy products over 15 kg: SAR 100 to SAR 300, depending on weight and delivery location


Q: What is the allowed time for returns or exchanges ?

A: You may request a return or exchange within 3 days of receiving the product.

A: Refunds are processed after we receive the returned product and verify its condition. The amount will then be transferred to your account.

Q: How does the exchange process work ?

A: If you choose to exchange a product, you only need to pay the price difference between the original and the replacement item.
